Selection Criteria’s:

• Min 2 of experience from preferred broking houses (Motilal Oswal Securities, Kotak Securities, HDFC Securities, Religare Securities, Anand Rathi, Edelweiss Broking, IIFL, Sharekhan, Angel Broking, ICICI Securities, Axis Securities)
• Candidate should have been in the particular market for min 2 years to have effective client base
• Dealing experience is must – achieving min 4X of revenue targets in the existing Organization
• Currently managing or interested in Client Acquisition (sales)
• Should have completed 10+2+3 years of education (Mandate)
• Below 42 years of age
• NISM 8 certification Equity Derivatives mandatory
