Job Description

1.      Finalization of book debt statement
2.      Finalization of reports for respective lenders
3.      Assisting to finalize the loan documentation for ailment of facility
4.      Preparation data related to RBI reporting
5.      Covenants/compliance data preparation for respective banks
6.      Finalization of CA certificates & audit related data
7.      Any ad hoc work
8.      Should have strong understanding in Funds flow and Cash flow
9.      Should have the experience in Team handling
10.  Good to handle team members

Experience – 05 to 12 Years

Qualifications:
B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance)
