Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of the key accounts business requirement, identify and explore business partnerships
  • Prepare strategic plans for individual key accounts, encompassing sales, marketing and service to maximize opportunities and value for both TCE and the key accounts
  • Developing and maintaining long term relationship with TCE existing key accounts
  • Act as a communications link with the key accounts on all issues including contract management, operational problems, invoicing and quality of service
  • Liasing with various departments of TCE to ensure timely delivery of quality product & services to the key accounts
  • Liasing with the different stake holders in the region to maintain the service standards to the key accounts
  • Prepare & submit regular reports & updates of progress to internal and external stake holders using the key accounts performance metrics
  • Monitoring the overall commercial performance of every key account regularly and take necessary remedial action
  • Custodian of the Organizations data on key accounts and the related information

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Edutech Sales/handling Key accounts / Govt. Tenders / Govt. Smartclass Projectss
  • Excellent social, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Robust planning skills
  • Ability to understand the customer needs and translate them into workable solutions
  • Excellent understanding of the markets, products and services
