Fresher to 1 years only not more than that

Profile: Service Desk Engineer .

TECHNICAL SKILL:

• Hardware (A+):

• Assembling

• OS installation, Configuration Windows 7, 8, &10.

• Anti-virus installation

• Ms Office Installation & Configuration.

• Knowledge of Ticketing Tool.

• Networking (N+):

• Cabling ,Crimpling

• Knowledge of LAN, MAN, WAN

• Ipv4Addressing

• Sharing, Outlook configuration backup &restore

• Active directory, DNS, DHCP, DORA process, Default gateway.

• VPN connection, TCP-IP, OSI model.

• File Sharing.
