Roles and Responsibilities
- To facilitate school teachers to use the product.
- To motivate the school teachers to increase the product usage.
- To provide product related feedback given by the school teachers to TCE and follow up for solutions.
- To ensure that all the hardware and software provided by TCE in the school are in condition.
- To update the school server with all the new content and product features
- To Log a call for all technical and content related issues.
- To Maintain Usage and Call log Reports and discuss the same with the school management at the end of the month.
- To coordinate with the school and TCE once the school invoice has been generated.
- To resolve billing related queries in coordination with the TCEs Academic Manager
- To perform any other activity based on Tata Class Edges Exigency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate (UG) from any discipline
- Good in Communication (English & Regional Language)
- Basic knowledge on Computers, MS Office
