The Role
- We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in bulk hiring to help our company discover and acquire excellent employees across Sales, HR, Marketing among other business functions.
- The candidate will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover top quality talent, build a strong employer brand and ensure great relationships with stakeholders.
- The candidate will be responsible for the entire recruiting life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing & scheduling.
- To be successful in this role, she should have an HR academic background and experience in screening and evaluating candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes including resume screening, screening calls, detailed video interviews, present candidate assessment and data management
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify and close staffing needs
- Define job description and search strategy
Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in non-tech lateral hiring
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding
- Creative ways of sourcing and headhunting talent
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Ability to understand the roles and responsibilities of different roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MBA in HR is mandatory
