Designation : Process Executive – Inbound Sales

Job Type : Night Shift, Monday to Friday, ( full time ) (Work from office)

Salary : 3.5 to 5 lakh package

Qualification : Graduate in any subject or engineering in any discipline (candidates with

backlogs can apply too)

Experience: no experience required

Job Description and Skill set required

As process executive – Inbound Sales, after our 2 months paid training, you will be working in

our inbound sales team (International sales):

a. To support and manage our internal processes to address client needs and issues,

working with marketing, editorial and operations teams.

b. Write responses to client queries to assist our sales team.

c. Convince clients by emails on the value of what we are selling.

You need to be smart enough to understand what any technology is all about by searching on

google or by taking help from your seniors. Need to be able to go through any technology

company website and comprehend as to what they do. However, technology background or

a degree is not a requirement.
